A lamp specially designed as a basking spot lamp. The concentrated beam can be directed to a specific area to create a basking site. The heat and light in the beam are increased by 35%, allowing greater distances between the bulb and the basking site. The UVA light contributes to the reptiles’ physiological wellbeing, and the UVA rays stimulate breeding behaviour.
