Important information:
- If you have registered, you can track the current status of your order under “Orders” in My Account. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email.
- Please note that our customer service cannot provide you with information about the delivery status of your order if it has not yet left the warehouse. You can find the delivery times on the product page for the item.
To answer your question, we need the order number to which your request relates.
You can find this either in the order confirmation email or in My Account.
