We go beyond the legal requirements to offer you returns within 30 days. You can find out here how you can send your item back to us.
Don’t have a return label?
Return shipping is only free of charge with a Maxi Zoo return label. If you don’t have the return shipping label, our our customer service can send this to you per email. To request a new return label please fill out our customer form and request a new label.
Return shipping with return label
Do you have a return label? Affix it to the package and drop off the ready-to-ship package at your DPD Pick Up Point nearby.
Use the original box or another stable box, remove all address labels and affix the return label.
About 14 working days after your return has been received, you will be credited.
When will I receive credit?
Credit for your return takes approximately 14 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse and is independent of your method of payment.
You will not receive a confirmation of receipt email when your return arrives at our warehouse. You can track the status of your return in the DPD Portal.
Returns after 30 days
If you would like to lodge a complaint or return an item you received more than 30 days prior, this is a warranty case.
Returns to a store
If you would like to return an item that you bought at a Maxi Zoo store, please first contact the store where you bought the item with your return, because other Maxi Zoo locations are not obligated to accept the item back.
In this case, please do not send the item back to us, as the return can not be handled. The return via DPD is only possible for items that have been bought in our online shop.
