Where is my delivery? How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
You can follow the current status of your order under “My Orders” in My Account. As soon as we have handed over your package to our shipping service provider, DPD, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a link to track your shipment. You will be able to track your package via DPD Tracking.
My delivery is damaged, what can I do?
If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer support via the contact form, so that our quality department can check the damage. Please do not dispose of the item until you receive a response from us.
Alternatively, you can return the goods to us. Please use the return label in your parcel.
Can I return my order?
You can return your goods free of charge within 30 days if you don’t like them or if they are faulty, just use the return label in your parcel.
