The coupon (€5) is issued after 10 stamps have been collected and is valid for 8 weeks from the date of issue. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated. The coupon does not apply to gift vouchers, shipping costs, live animals, deposit charges, or products and services where a portion of the price is donated.

Participation in the Maxi Zoo Friends program requires an active Maxi Zoo customer account; activation via the app requires a completed pet profile, and in-store participation requires presenting a QR code (via the Maxi Zoo app or email). For purchases in the Maxi Zoo online shop, the transaction must be made using the Maxi Zoo customer account registered for the program. Benefits cannot be paid out in cash or granted retroactively.
