How does the stamp card work?

1The Maxi Zoo Friends program is offered by Maxi Zoo Ltd and applies to Maxi Zoo stores operated by its affiliated companies, the Maxi Zoo online shop, and Maxi Zoo stores operated by independent Maxi Zoo partners, provided they participate in the Maxi Zoo Friends program. You can inquire directly with independent Maxi Zoo partners regarding their participation in the Maxi Zoo Friends program. Names, addresses, and other contact details for all Maxi Zoo stores, as well as further information about Maxi Zoo Ltd, can be found via the store finder or by calling +353216019483 (Mon–Fri, 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.).

2The digital loyalty card is an offer from Maxi Zoo Ltd valid from May 11, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The coupon (€5) is issued after 10 stamps have been collected and is valid for 8 weeks from the date of issue. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated. The coupon does not apply to gift vouchers, shipping costs, live animals, deposit charges, or products and services where a portion of the price is donated.

Participation in the Maxi Zoo Friends program requires an active Maxi Zoo customer account; activation via the app requires a completed pet profile, and in-store participation requires presenting a QR code (via the Maxi Zoo app or email). For purchases in the Maxi Zoo online shop, the transaction must be made using the Maxi Zoo customer account registered for the program. Benefits cannot be paid out in cash or granted retroactively. ³The welcome discount can be redeemed only once per person. It is valid for two weeks after sign-up. Redeeming the coupon requires using the app and participating in Maxi Zoo Friends. Cash payment is excluded. Unless otherwise stated, the coupon cannot be combined with other promotions. The coupon must be activated in the app, and the app must be presented for in-store purchases. For purchases in the Maxi Zoo online shop, the transaction must be made via the Maxi Zoo customer account registered for Friends, and the voucher code must be entered or the coupon activated in the app. Specific redemption conditions can be found in the registration email. All coupons exclude gift vouchers, shipping costs, live animals, deposits and products or services where a portion of the price is donated. Sales are limited to household quantities only.
