How does the stamp card work?

Download the app and register for the Friends Loyalty Program.

When shopping in-store, scan the Friends QR code found in the bottom right corner of the Maxi Zoo app. When shopping online, you automatically collect paws as long as you are logged in with an active Friends account.

Your paws are saved automatically.

Please note: you receive one paw per €15 spent.

After collecting 10 paws, you will receive a €5 coupon in the app for your next purchase.

As soon as you have collected a total of 10 paws, the coupon will be displayed in the app or online. Please note that it may take some time before it appears. This may be due to network issues, but if you do not see it after 48 hours, please contact customer service.

Paws are only credited if you showed your QR code in-store or completed an online purchase while logged into your account. If this applies and you still did not receive paws, please contact customer service. Paws cannot be applied to the stampcard post-purchase.

If you return your purchase in full, the collected paws will be removed from your stamp card.

Yes! You can redeem your €5 coupon on any purchase, including Salon services and promotional items. You can even use it with other coupons!
