1. As part of our Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program, you can collect stamps (“Friends Paws”) on your digital stamp card and receive a coupon with a discount value of EUR 5 (five Euro) for every 10 (ten) stamps. Participation in the digital stamp card requires registration for the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program. The promotion is operated by Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH and provided through our online shop [www.maxizoo.ie] and in-store through Maxi Zoo stores in Ireland operated by us.

2. The promotional period for the Friends Paws digital stamp card is from 26 May 2026 to 30 June 2027. After this promotional period, you will no longer be able to collect Friends Paws stamps and any stamps you have already collected will expire. The end of the promotional period will not affect the validity period of Friends Paws coupons you have already received. These coupons can still be redeemed within any expiration period which applies to them after the promotional period has ended.

3. For every EUR 15 (fifteen Euro) spent in our participating Maxi Zoo stores or in our online shop, you will receive one stamp on your digital stamp card. Collected stamps are not transferrable.

4. To receive Friends Paws stamps for your digital stamp card, you must present and scan your personalised QR code from the app in our participating Maxi Zoo store before paying. In our online shop, your personalised QR code will be automatically taken into account if you have previously logged into your Maxi Zoo customer account.

5. Once you have collected a total of 10 (ten) stamps on your digital stamp card, you will receive a coupon with a discount value of EUR 5 (five Euro), which you can redeem in our participating Maxi Zoo stores and in our online shop. Please allow up to 48 hours/days for the coupon to be applied to your account. You can redeem a coupon within 60 days of receipt.

6.  The discount value of a coupon can be combined with other offers, unless the applicable terms and conditions which apply to those offers explicitly exclude this.

7. If, for technical reasons, you are unable to collect stamps after your purchase even though you presented your individual QR code before payment and were entitled to collect the stamps, these stamps will be credited to you retrospectively. To do this, you must contact our customer service team by email (online-shopping@maxizoo.ie).

8. Except in the cases specified in section 7 above, stamps cannot be credited retrospectively if you did not present the QR code at the time of purchase or if an online purchase was not made while logged in to your active Friends account.

9. If the purchased items from the purchase for which you received stamps are returned or if the entire purchase is cancelled, the corresponding stamps credited to you for such returned or cancelled items will be revoked and cancelled.

10. If you delete your Maxi Zoo customer account, the stamps you have already collected on your digital stamp card and the coupons granted for a full stamp card will expire irrevocably and permanently, and cannot be restored.

11. Customers may be excluded from the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program if they misuse the digital stamp card, for example, through fraud or in breach of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program.

12. We reserve the right to change these the terms and conditions of the digital stamp card or to discontinue this promotion in whole or in part with future effect. Any changes we make will be for a valid reason, such as changes in applicable law, improvements to our services, modifications to benefits or rewards, discontinuation or other availability issues with products, changes in market conditions, or updates to our technology and systems. We will notify you of any changes at least 2 (two) months (unless the changes are required by applicable law) in advance to give you the opportunity to redeem the stamps and coupons you have collected up to that point. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you have the right to terminate your participation in the Friends Paws promotion before the changes take effect.

14. The terms and conditions of the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program https://www.maxizoo.ie/friends/terms-and-conditions/ also apply to this Friends Paws digital stamp card program promotion. For the sake of clarity, Friends Paws is a ‘benefit’ under the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program. In the event of any conflict between the Maxi Zoo Friends Loyalty Program terms and conditions and these Friends Paws terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.
