Three simple steps via the app:

• Download the Maxi Zoo app from the App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
• Log in with your account or register a new one.
• Tap “Activate Maxi Zoo Friends” and follow the instructions.
• You can also register online at maxizoo.ie.

Important: You need the app to use coupons!

If you have an active Friends membership, you can check your status in the “My Account” section.

With Maxi Zoo Friends you will regularly receive new coupons, with which you can save even more. On your pets’ birthdays, we surprise you with exclusive birthday coupons. In addition, you will always find new coupons in the app that match you and the preferences of your animal companions. To use coupons, they must be activated in the app beforehand. The validity period and all other information about the coupons can also be found in the app, directly under the corresponding coupon.

Not all customers receive the same coupons. Many different factors play a role here, for example, whether you have provided your pet’s birthday, whether you have shopped online before, whether you have subscribed to the newsletter, and whether you regularly use Friends when shopping. In general, we recommend scanning the QR code in the app with every purchase in the store.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Friends benefits cannot be combined with other offers (in particular discounts, coupons, promotions, or other price reductions). However, our customers always automatically receive the best discount.

The Friends program is totally free!

You can cancel your Friends membership at any time. To do this, log in to your Maxi Zoo customer account and click on the Friends Advantages. There you will find the option to end your Friends membership. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also no longer benefit from the Friends advantages.

We have put together a few tips for you if you are having problems with your Friends login:

•        Make sure that you have the latest version of the Maxi Zoo app installed on your smartphone.

•        Please check if you have an active internet connection. Without an internet connection, you cannot log in to Friends.

•       Please check if you have filled out all the fields in the app during registration and have read and accepted the terms of use (slide the slider to the right).

•        Sometimes it can take a little longer for the busy bees in the background to link your Maxi Zoo customer account with Friends. Please check again after a few minutes to see if the Friends registration has worked. If you have checked everything and the Friends registration or login does not work, please contact our customer service. We will try to help you as quickly as possible.

It is possible that another, higher discount was redeemed or that the items you want to buy cannot be discounted. Please check the promotion terms again; you can find them, for example, directly under the coupons or in our terms of use.

 

Unfortunately, the Friends paws or a Friends coupon cannot be granted retroactively and cannot be paid out.

Friends Paws are digital stamps that Friends members can collect on their digital customer card during a limited-time promotion.

You collect Friends Paws with every purchase:

• Download the app, register for Friends and activate the digital stamp card.
• For every €15 spent with Friends, you receive one Friends Paw.
• After collecting 10 Paws, you receive a coupon worth €5, which you will find in the coupon section.
• Activate the coupon.
• The €5 Paw coupon is valid for the entire assortment and can be redeemed online or in-store.
• The coupon is valid for 60 days after receipt.
• Only one Paw coupon can be redeemed per person per purchase.

It’s simple:

• Show the QR code of your Friends customer card in the app when shopping in-store.
• When shopping online, you automatically collect Paws as long as you are logged in with an active Friends account.
• Your Paws are saved automatically.
• You receive one Paw per €15 spent. The higher your purchase, the more Paws you collect.

Please note: You MUST scan the QR code in order to claim your Paws.

• As soon as you have collected a total of 10 paws, the coupon will be displayed in the app or online.
  Please note that it may take some time before it appears. If you do not see it after 48 hours, contact customer service.

Paws are only credited if you showed your QR code in-store or completed an online purchase while logged into your account. If this applies and you still did not receive Paws, please contact customer service.

The digital stamp card is only valid for a limited period. You can find the exact timeframe in the promotion terms [MH1] or your account.

Great – you’ll receive your personal Paw coupon!
It will appear in your app or online account within 48 hours. The coupon is valid for 60 days, and you can decide when to redeem it.

If your stamp card is still valid, you can continue collecting Paws with your next purchases.

If you return your purchase in full, the collected Paws will be removed from your stamp card.

You can collect Paws in all stores and in the online shop for every €15 spent.

You can see your current progress in the “Member Benefits” section of your account. There you can check how many more Paws you need to collect to receive your Paw coupon.

To take advantage of Little Friends Member benefits, you must register for the Friends program on the Maxi Zoo app, which you can download here. If you are already registered with Friends, you can directly enjoy the Little Friends benefits by entering your pet’s age in their profile.

The Little Friends perks are not for the animals but for the owners. Therefore, you can only benefit once per type of animal from the Little Friends coupons. You can only receive additional information via the newsletter (if you are subscribed), but not new gifts or coupons.

You enjoy your Little Friends Member Benefits until your pet’s first birthday. After that, you will remain a member of the Maxi Zoo Friends program and continue to enjoy its benefits.

Friends and Little Friends Member Benefits can only be used in the country from which the app is downloaded. In this case, it is Ireland only.
