Where can I see the status of my delivery, change my order or delivery address? You can find all the answers here!

Delivery status of your order

Your order usually reaches you within 1-3 working days. As soon as we have handed over your order to DPD, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track your shipment with DPD. Please note that our customer service cannot give you any information about the delivery status of your order until then.

Our tip: Activate shipment tracking at DPD to receive emails from DPD about the status of your delivery. You can also find the current status of your order in My Account.
