Payment methods & Invoice

Payment via PayPal is easy and secure, and like every PayPal customer, you benefit from PayPal’s purchaser protections in the Maxi Zoo Online Shop as well.

• PayPal is only available as a payment option in the Maxi Zoo Online Shop and not in the stores.
• To order quickly and securely, set PayPal as your standard method of payment for your next order in My Account.

If you pay by card, your card will be charged within 3 days after the items have been ordered.

• You can choose between VISA and MasterCard.
• Payment is secure and encrypted, and your data will not be stored in the Maxi Zoo Online Shop.

Apple Pay is available when shopping on Apple devices and online in the Safari browser. Before you can use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account (Wallet app) and on your device.

Before you complete your purchase, select the “Apple Pay” payment method in the order overview. Once you have selected Apple Pay as the payment method, the “Buy with Apple Pay” button will be displayed on the order overview. Click this to continue with the purchase. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Apple to authorize payment of the order value. You will be asked to check your details, if they are correct, confirm them using Face ID or Touch ID. Depending on the payment method stored with Apple Pay, the actual invoice amount including any discounts, vouchers, etc. will be debited immediately.

With Google Pay, you can log in with your Google account and select the desired payment method (e.g. your credit card).

Before you complete your purchase, select the “Google Pay” payment method in the order overview. Once you have selected Google Pay as the payment method, the “Buy with Google Pay” button will be displayed on the order overview. Click this to continue with the purchase. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Google Pay to authorize the payment of your order value. You will be asked to check your details, if they are correct. Depending on the payment method stored with Google Pay, the actual invoice amount including any discounts, vouchers, etc. will be charged immediately.
