In addition to an optimally adjusted environment, decorative fish and other aquarium dwellers need food – preferably at the same time of day. Regular feeding contributes to a stable daily rhythm for the animals and ensures a balance. Our daily lives are often less stable than those of pets. In addition to the technical equipment, it is important that the storage container is actively ventilated so that the food does not clump. Depending on the duration of your absence, make sure that the feeder has a sufficiently large magazine, from which respective rations are released. Alternatively, there are models with individual bowls into which feed portions are filled. It should be possible to open the chutes easily for cleaning.
