What is the club and what benefits do I have as a member of the club?
As a member of the free Maxi Zoo club, you will receive many useful tips about your puppy or kitten and about all their other life phases. You will also benefit from interesting product and service offers from Maxi Zoo:
A welcome gift that you can collect after registering your pet in your participating Maxi Zoo store (you will receive the voucher for the welcome gift by email after registering)
Regular receipt of information about pets and interesting product and service offers from Maxi Zoo via the newsletter
Receipt of useful tips and advice for your puppy/kitten via the newsletter
The additional receipt of exclusive vouchers and offers
Do I have to pay a fee to become a member of the club?
No, membership in the club is completely free and non-binding for you.
How can I register my puppies/kittens for the club?
You can register your dog/cat up to the age of 12 months. You can register a maximum of 5 animals in your customer account.
If you do not yet have a Maxi Zoo customer account, you must register your pet for the club via the “Registration Process”.
If you already have a Maxi Zoo customer account, you have the option of registering on the Maxi Zoo Club page and registering your pet in the club.
My pet is 11 or 12 months old, is it still worth registering?
Yes, because you will receive an exclusive welcome gift, a gift for your pet’s birthday, as well as advice and offers via the newsletter.
Unfortunately, you can only register your animal up to the age of 12 months. The guides are specially designed for the needs of young animals.
What welcome gift will I receive for my puppy or kitten?
The welcome gift for your pet includes food samples and a toy.
When and where can I collect my welcome gift?
The voucher for the welcome gift will be sent to you by email after registering for the Club. Please note that you may have to confirm the link in the confirmation email first. It can generally take a few minutes for the email with the voucher for the welcome gift to be sent.
You can pick up the welcome gift immediately after receiving the voucher in your selected “favourite store”. You can view your selected “favourite store” by logging into your Maxi Zoo customer account and clicking on “Newsletter”.
Can I still change the store where I can collect my welcome gift?
To change the information about your “favourite store”, simply log into your Maxi Zoo customer account, click on “Newsletter” to access your newsletter profile and enter your desired Maxi Zoo store.
If you have not yet collected your welcome gift, the voucher can still be redeemed in the newly selected “favourite store”.
I no longer wish to receive specific newsletter with advice on puppies/kittens. What can I do?
You can update the data in your personal newsletter profile by clicking on the link “My preferences” at the bottom of a newsletter. You can also enter your newsletter profile when you log into your Maxi Zoo customer account and click on “Newsletter”.
For example, you can enter or change your interests so that you receive the most suitable newsletter. Uncheck the boxes for “Puppy” or “Kitten” in order to stop receiving the specific newsletter with advice on puppies/kittens.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from Maxi Zoo, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in each newsletter.
Is my data secure in the club?
How can I change my personal data such as my address?
You can make the data changes yourself in your Maxi Zoo customer account. Simply log into My Account with your login details. You can then make all the changes in the “My Details” section.
How can I change the data of my animal?
You can edit your animal’s data in My Account under My Animal or delete the entire animal profile.
What can I use the access data of the Maxi Zoo customer account for?
After registering for the Maxi Zoo Club, you will have a customer account for the Maxi Zoo online shop. With this access data – email address and password – you can log in to the Maxi Zoo Club as well as to My Account and also manage your data there.
In addition, you can use your access data to register for your purchase in the Maxi Zoo online shop and conveniently buy your next favourite items for your new puppy or kitten.
You can remain a member of the club for as long as you like and you will receive valuable tips and information from us even beyond the puppy/kitten age.
How do I unsubscribe from the club?
You can terminate the membership of your pet in the club at any time without giving reasons.
To do this, log in to My Account and go to the My Animal area. Then select the animal profile that you would like to terminate and uncheck the box “Club”
Your selected animal is no longer a member of the club. The profile of your animal will continue to be displayed under My Animal. To remove it, click on “Delete profile”.

Registration before 29/03/2021
All information, if you registered for the “Puppy Club” before 29/03/21
The puppy club has been moved to the club and is now also accessible to puppies and cat owners. Your membership will of course remain in place. You will enjoy the benefits of the club even without re-entering your details when registering for the club.
However, in order to view all your personal data and that of your pet in the Maxi Zoo customer account, to manage it yourself and to have access to the “My Club” area, you must re-register or log in to the club and re-register your puppy or kitten. Your registration details from the previous puppy club (www.welpenclub.com) are unfortunately no longer valid.
You can now either register again at the Maxi Zoo Club or register with your existing Maxi Zoo customer account.
