After your order has been handed over to our transport service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment.

We will deliver your order within 2-5 days, for orders placed before 4:00 pm.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, your order is still being processed.

If your order is still being processed and has not left the warehouse, our customer service cannot provide the exact delivery date or change your order.

 

You can redeem the points you have earned in the online shop or in the store from as little as 200 points.

• In the online shop in the shopping cart, click on “Enter PAYBACK customer number” or “Redeem points now” and enter your details
• In the store, inform the cashier that you wish to redeem points.

Our tip: enter your PAYBACK customer number in My Account so that you earn points for every purchase in the online shop

During transport, it is possible that, for example, cans inside the box are compressed by an impact, causing dents in the cans.

 

If no further damage is visible on a dented can, such as an opening or overpressure, you can still feed the contents to your pet.

If you have received a defective item, please complete our contact form so that our quality department can check the damage.
