You can see the points you have redeemed or collected on your invoice.

If you have processed your order with purchase on account (AfterPay) or direct debit (AfterPay) you will receive the email and invoice from our service provider AfterPay. In this case, the points redeemed and the current PAYBACK points balance cannot currently be shown on the invoice.

 

You can retrieve your PAYBACK points balance on the PAYBACK page.

 

You can redeem the points you have earned in the online shop or in the store from as little as 200 points.

• In the online shop in the shopping cart, click on “Enter PAYBACK customer number” or “Redeem points now” and enter your details
• In the store, inform the cashier that you wish to redeem points.

Our tip: enter your PAYBACK customer number in My Account so that you earn points for every purchase in the online shop
