If you are not satisfied with your goods or if they are defective, you can return them free of charge within 30 days using the returns label in your package.

As soon as your return has been received in the warehouse, you will automatically receive an invoice correction in the form of a credit note.

If you have processed the returned items from your order via invoice purchase or direct debit, you will receive the mailing with your credit note from our service provider AfterPay. In this case, please contact Afterpay with any questions regarding the credit note and reimbursement.
