As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the service provider’s tracking number by e-mail. With this data, you can easily track the current shipment status of your parcel via the links in the email. Alternatively, you can also view the status on the delivery status page.

 

If your order is still being processed and has not left the warehouse, you can view the status in My Account.

We will ship your order within 2-4 days with DHL, for orders placed before 4 p.m.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, your order is still being processed.

 

Shipping via carrier:
Bulky items are usually shipped via carriers, for these products different delivery times are possible, these can be found on the respective product detail page.
You will be contacted via the carrier to arrange a delivery date. (You were asked to enter your phone number on the order overview page).

In some cases, your order will be split into several deliveries so that you receive several partial deliveries instead of one complete delivery.

Items are split into multiple packages because they are too large or heavy for one package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is on its way to you. This shipping confirmation will list the items that are in the package.

 

Bulky items are usually shipped via freight forwarders. You may receive part of your order by standard shipping and part by carrier.

If we are currently unable to deliver part of your order, you will be notified by e-mail.

 

You can see the shipping status of your order in My Account or on the Delivery Status page.

If you are not satisfied with your goods or if they are defective, you can return them free of charge within 30 days using the returns label in your package.
