In some cases, your order will be split into several deliveries so that you receive several partial deliveries instead of one complete delivery.
Items are split into multiple packages because they are too large or heavy for one package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is on its way to you. This shipping confirmation will list the items that are in the package.
Bulky items are usually shipped via freight forwarders. You may receive part of your order by standard shipping and part by carrier.
If we are currently unable to deliver part of your order, you will be notified by e-mail.
