The growth stage is an important phase in a puppies life. This is why it is important to provide your puppies with the nutrients that contribute towards optimal health from the start. Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy is suitable for Golden Retriever puppies up to 15 months and was especially adapted to the needs of this breed.
During this key stage your puppy will experience physical changes and make new discoveries. His immune system is also developing gradually. Royal Canin Golden Retriever contains a patented antioxidant complex that supports your puppy’s natural defences while they develop.
Golden retrievers usually have sensitive skin under their silky fur. The exclusive recipe of Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy helps strengthen the barrier function of your Golden Retriever’s skin – which ultimately helps maintain good skin health for your dog. Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy also contains a special combination of nutrients with high-quality proteins. These were specifically chosen for their high digestibility. It additionally contains prebiotics that contribute in maintaining balanced intestinal flora which in turn contributes to good stool quality.
The croquettes of the Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy are also customised. Golden Retriever puppies have sensitive milk teeth so they can have difficulties in biting and chewing their food. For this reason the Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy croquettes were especially developed for the jaw shape of your puppy and adapted so that it is easier. The size of the croquette also supports chewing before swallowing.
All Royal Canin products go through extensive quality control to ensure optimum food quality and meet your dog’s individual nutritional needs and lifestyle. This means that with Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy, you are giving your Golden Retriever puppy a high-quality and balanced diet.

Understanding customer ratings and reviews
Product reviews
How do reviews work in the Fressnapf group (including Maxi Zoo)?
Customer opinions in the form of product reviews and star ratings are beneficial for all customers. They enable you to learn more about the product and help you make a decision to purchase. Every customer who has bought a product online or in the store can submit a review. We also obtain reviews from third-party sources, e.g. manufacturer sites. The source of the review is shown alongside the respective comment. Its customers’ opinions are important to Fressnapf in order to analyse any weak points and to improve product quality. Our service provider Bazaarvoice checks all reviews to ensure that they are credible. Any review content that breaches the Fressnapf Group's terms of use will be rejected. Otherwise, both positive and negative product reviews are published. More information about product reviews can be found here.
