ROYAL CANIN® Early Renal is a balanced and nutrient-rich formula, specially developed to support your cat’s kidneys in the early stages of renal insufficiency.

Early support for kidney function:
A synergistic combination of antioxidants and the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA helps support your cat’s kidneys from the very first signs of impairment. As the kidneys may not be able to filter phosphorus efficiently from the blood, this food contains a moderate phosphorus content.

Healthy ageing:
This food, with antioxidants and specific nutrients such as green-lipped mussel extract, is particularly suitable for older cats.

Digestive support:
This tasty formula has been enriched with a balanced blend of fibres and prebiotics to help promote healthy digestion and intestinal function.

S/O Index:
This food also helps to create a urinary environment that is less favourable for the formation of struvite and calcium oxalate stones.

This product is a veterinary diet from the Veterinary Health Nutrition range by ROYAL CANIN®. Accordingly, it is important that this food is only fed on the recommendation of a veterinary surgeon. This helps ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it truly needs. Any dietary change should be carried out carefully and gradually over a period of 7–10 days. Please ensure the correct portion size is fed, especially when mixed feeding.

Mixed feeding possible:
To cater for the individual preferences of all cats, ROYAL CANIN® Early Renal is also available as wet food with fine chunks in gravy.* Mixed feeding provides different textures, which may help stimulate appetite. Wet food has a more intense aroma, and its moisture content helps to regulate your pet’s fluid balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to portion and good for the teeth.
